Our Property Management Plan
AHNI works to provide quality property management services, developing policies and procedures that enables a proactive approach towards apartment maintenance and repair. AHNI strives to develop maintenance management systems that are financially feasible, to be responsive to residents’ needs, and to improve the overall image of affordable housing within our community. AHNI will proactively identify improvements to its properties that enhance the quality of neighborhoods.
