Hawthorne Hills is a 204-unit community that was extensively remodeled throughout 2010 and 2011. The renovations included a new playground, and each unit received new EnergyStar appliances, thermal-pane windows and improved insulation.
Hawthorne Hills works off a waiting list for all units. At this time we are just taking preliminary information to place your name on the waiting list. We can only verify the date and time that you applied, we can not estimate the length of the wait. Please complete and return the wait list registration form if you wish to be added to the current wait list.
Names are pulled from the wait list and processed according to the Resident Selection Criteria and Rental Polices for Hawthorne Hills. Hawthorne Hills does not discriminate on the basis of disability status in the admission or access to, or treatment, or employment in, its federally assisted programs or activities.
A new Community Center was also recently completed, enabling residents access for parties and gatherings at no charge. With a blend of efficiencies, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, Hawthorne Hills is home to individuals, families and seniors. Rents range from $384 to $708 per month, and it is located on a major bus route.
