TotalChild Wellington Heights Initiative

In a world where every single child needs every single opportunity to succeed, the Affordable Housing Network in partnership with Four Oaks is in the midst of a new service delivery model. This innovative approach looks at children through four vital lenses: child, family, community and education, all of which are important to reaching success.
