CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KWWL) — Since the 2008 floods devastated neighborhoods in Cedar Rapids’ more than 100 homes have been revitalized through a partnership with Four Oaks and the Affordable Housing Network.
The goal of the project is to increase home ownership in the neighborhood and breathe new life into the Wellington Heights area.
