Monroe Place Apartments

Monroe School closed it doors to school aged children in 2011, leaving a well maintained mid-century building in a established neighborhood sitting on 7 acres.   In 2018, using the existing classroom footprint, converted the space into 19 apartment units, including 13 two bedroom, 3 three bedroom, and 3 four bedroom units. Unique loft units were built in the two story gymnasium, boiler room and cafeteria areas.

The property has on-site laundry, playground, and ample storage.  Residents are responsible for gas and electric.
